Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Next Gen Auto Body website and the collision repair services we provide at 4100 Live Oak Avenue, Arcadia, CA. By using this site or authorizing repairs, you agree to these Terms.

1. Estimates

Online estimates and photo estimates are preliminary only. A binding estimate requires an in-person inspection. Supplemental damage discovered during teardown may change the final price and timeline; we will notify you and obtain your authorization before performing additional work.

2. Authorization to Repair

You must sign a written repair authorization before work begins, as required by the California Bureau of Automotive Repair (BAR). By signing, you confirm you are the vehicle owner or an authorized agent.

3. Insurance Claims

You have the right to choose your own repair facility. When you authorize us to work with your insurance carrier, we will negotiate with the adjuster on parts, labor, and procedures necessary to restore your vehicle to pre-loss condition. You remain responsible for any deductible and for amounts your carrier declines to pay.

4. Lifetime Warranty

We warrant our workmanship — including paint, body, and structural repairs — for as long as you own the vehicle. The warranty covers defects in our work and does not cover normal wear and tear, subsequent collisions, neglect, improper maintenance, or damage caused by third parties. Parts supplied by manufacturers or vendors are covered by their respective warranties.

5. Storage and Abandoned Vehicles

Vehicles not picked up within three (3) business days of completion may incur storage fees. Vehicles left longer than thirty (30) days after completion or after a declined repair may be processed as abandoned under California Vehicle Code §§ 10650–10656.

6. Payment

Payment is due in full upon delivery unless prior arrangements have been made with your insurance carrier. We accept cash, debit, major credit cards, and insurance drafts. Returned-check and chargeback fees may apply.

7. Website Use

The content on this site is provided for general informational purposes only. You agree not to use the site for any unlawful purpose, to attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, or to interfere with the site's operation.

8. Intellectual Property

All text, logos, photos, and graphics on this site are owned by Next Gen Auto Body or licensed to us and are protected by U.S. and international copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce them without written permission.

9. Disclaimers

The website is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses. Repair services are warranted only as described in Section 4.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Next Gen Auto Body's total liability arising from your use of the website or our services is limited to the amount you paid us for the repair at issue. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California.

12. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the site or our services after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
